Do I own my website?
You own your content, brand assets and domain name. If you ever move on from IAM, we will hand over all of your content and assets and help you transfer or rebuild your site elsewhere.
How long does a website take?
Starter sites are typically delivered within seven days and Business sites within 14 days. Premium timelines are agreed at the start of the project.
Do I need to provide my own content?
For best results, yes. You know your business best, and we will guide you on exactly what we need. Copywriting and photography can be quoted as add-ons.
What does a Care Plan cover?
Hosting, security monitoring, backups and a set number of edit hours each month. Care Plans are available for websites built by IAM.
What if I need changes and don't have a Care Plan?
Every build includes two rounds of revisions before launch. After launch, changes are billed at $150 per hour, and nothing starts without your approval.
Do you work with businesses outside Melbourne?
Yes. We work with businesses across Australia and everything is handled remotely.

How does the AI Chat Assistant work?
It sits on your website and talks with visitors in real time. It answers questions using information about your business, collects their contact details and sends the enquiry to you immediately.
What happens if the assistant can't answer a question?
It lets the visitor know you will follow up, captures their details and alerts you straight away.
Will it work on my existing website?
In most cases, yes. We embed it on your current site. We will confirm compatibility before you commit.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel any time with 30 days' written notice. There are no lock-in contracts.
